i played some christmas music and let squeegy listen and guess the singers.

ok, i guess it's easy to guess christina, mariah singing from their voices.

but she managed to guess rihanna, jessica simpson, celine dion, stacie orrico and even gloria estefan that old lady.. just by listening to a few verses here and there.

it's 7 feb 2007. i've decided i shall no longer watch any international football matches. unless it's the european championships, world cup finals or any singapore-related games. england's just so crap. what a waste of time watching them play spain. the idea of watching it on tv was enticing, but really regretted it. should have spent more time doing work or watching something girly with suzi.

singapore did win the asean championship though and that was a great game against thailand. had everything in it. controversy. attacking football. passion. hostile crowd. and singapore won it. maybe we really can go to the world cup finals. we just have to beat a few asian teams along the way. that doesn't seem that daunting, does it?


football aside, i think i need to step up a gear in my studies. i've always been drifting in and out of school work, not really putting huge amount of effort at it. in other words, i usually do the bare minimum to do well. looking at my housemate, i really should work harder. she's already began studying for the finals! i'm in my final year, so i should work harder.

other than that, there's nothing much to look forward to. coursework. exams. final year project submission. and then it's back to singapore. ok, let's just keep our thoughts to studies. not gonna think about the future now.
