me: ya, you guys told me that, the last three times i called you
bd: sorry ah. anyway, they are changing something in your laptop. so i think next thu. or i think sunday. i'm not sure. but thu or sun. they say, it should be done. i'll call you when we've collected it..

ok, i have not spoken to them in the way i did (italics bit). but i'm intending to do so when i go collect my laptop. i really don't feel like paying those BeeDees.
