amazed and admiration..

suzi stumbled onto someone's blog again. this time around, it's a former hall mate and a coursemate of mine. don't exactly know him, but most of the singapore ee people know him, esp. hamster girl. anyway, i'm damn impressed by his blog. not its layout or interesting content.but he has a timetable of his days ahead on it. more importantly, the timetable is so packed with self-improvement, hardwork and more work.

the 3 main things that encircle his life: gym/swim, coursework and language work. he starts his day at 6am and ends at 11pm. such discipline. as for me, if i remember, i usually state out a list of tasks for the day the night before. not exactly a list, since it usually contains only 2 main items. for example, on a saturday, i will write down two subjects or coursework that i would focus on and attempt to complete. a successful day would be one where i complete 1 out of 2 tasks. i'll feel very statisfied that the day didn't go to waste. a non-successful day usually means that i don't do any of the tasks. well, i've never completed all the tasks that i list out for a day. never complete every task. unless i state only 1.

so that's the life of yours truly. compared to the life of someone more hardworking and more successful. it's almost the end of feb. time to get down to work.. yeah right.
