crap! fell asleep in the lab..

just woke up from my half-hour power nap. still feelin drowsy tho. i was studying signals. linear vs non-linear. linear vs non-linear. linear vs nonnnnnzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. yup that was how i fell asleep. its interesting how i never fall asleep playing ps2, watchin naruto, surfing the net..

whatever, jerome came on monday and left yesterday. because of him, i've managed to see the sights of london for the first time since coming here. we went to almost all the tourists sights in london. before monday, i've never seen the buckingham palace.. never been to the westminster area properly.. etc. etc. he paid for my tube pass, so obviously i had to bring him around. haha. nah. i was glad to meet him. and guess what? we met our fellow navy mate, boey, randomly near hyde park corner. for one, he's not a student in london. he's studying in cambridge and was in london to meet his dad. also, i met jerome's girlfriend, whose brother could potentially be a former classmate of my brother! singaporeans are everywhere man.

anyway, jerome brought a touch of singaporean-ness. as he said, "i feel like im in singapore, coming to your flat, playing ps2, talking cock..." makes me think, is it just about talking cock? i guess so, the key feature of my friendships with my mates in singapore is the endless conversations about girls, football while having great food. no wonder, i remember hearing or saying that the 3 fs critical to a guy are females, food and football.. and life is complete.
